As a studio-based space located on 12th floor, 2W 13st, students spend days and nights working here. I decided to create a relaxing space for them to rest or sleep in order to recharge from their heavy workload. The interior structure is made up of two geometries that intersect with each other. The intersection shape is influenced by Chinese knots. It divided the space in a playful way while also representing a kind of unity. For programming, the space is divided into three levels: the top level is for private areas, the middle level is for transportation, and the bottom level is for public areas.
